Whitby Jet 9ct Gold Freeform Pendant Necklace
This unique pendant is made from a piece of locally hand gathered Whitby Jet which has been polished up to a stunning shine whilst allowing the natural surface of the Jet to be clearly seen.
The piece was handmade in our Whitby workshop with the finest quality Whitby Jet and 9ct yellow gold. The Jet is presented on a high quality 18 inch long 9ct yellow gold curb chain with secure bolt ring style clasp. The pendant measures 32mm from the top of the gold bail. The piece of Jet itself has dimensions L22mm x W21mm D6mm at the widest point.
Our elegant packaging includes a stylish black leatherette gift case, jewellery polishing cloth and information booklet about our work and the history of Whitby Jet.
UK Delivery
UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Custom made items are available for delivery within 1-5 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
UK orders up to £100 cost £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class. Orders above £100 are FREE and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you wish to upgrade your postage for any item please contact us.
International Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed services. Orders up to £250 cost £14.95. Orders above £250 are FREE.
Orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Custom made orders are available for delivery within 2-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
