Postage and Returns

Delivery Information

UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days.

Items listed on our website that are made to order are available for delivery within 3-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.

For custom made jewellery we will advise you of the time frame for your specific item before we make your item.

Postage Rates

Delivery within the UK

Orders up to £100: £4.95

Orders above £100 : Free delivery

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and insured services and a signature is required upon delivery.

International Orders

Orders up to £250 are sent by Royal Mail Airmail via their tracked and signed services.

Orders above £250 are sent via FedEx. A signature is required upon delivery. 

Orders to Europe usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Worldwide orders usually arrive within 5 - 7 working days.

All postage costs are calculated at the checkout.

All deliveries are fully insured.

Please note once the parcel has entered the country of destination the customer is responsible for the payment of any import duties or taxes incurred.

Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. 

Please return your item in it's original packaging with polishing cloth and booklet. We advise using a tracked and insured service, retaining proof of postage.

If you received free delivery, the postage cost may be deducted from your refund.

Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification.)
