The cufflinks are carefully made by hand using traditional methods in our Whitby workshop. We only use the finest hand gathered Whitby Jet. The solid 9K yellow gold features the Sheffield hallmark which includes the Yorkshire Rose symbol. The cufflinks measure 14mm x 14mm from the front and each of the Whitby Jet stones has dimensions 4mm x 4mm.
Our elegant jewellery packaging comprises an Aurora Jet black leatherette gift case, a booklet about the history of Jet and a polishing cloth making the perfect gift from Whitby.
UK Delivery
UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Custom made items are available for delivery within 1-5 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
UK orders up to £100 cost £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class. Orders above £100 are FREE and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you wish to upgrade your postage for any item please contact us.
International Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed services. Orders up to £250 cost £14.95. Orders above £250 are FREE.
Orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Custom made orders are available for delivery within 2-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
