Whitby Jet Key Pendant
A beautifully shiny sterling silver pendant set with a hand carved circular Whitby Jet stone, framed by a detailed frill and bead edge. A timeless and meaningful design, perfect for a special gift.
Handcrafted in Whitby using excellent quality Jet that we sourced ourselves from local beaches. The key is 42mm long from the top of the attached bail and 14mm wide. The Whitby Jet round stone measures 6mm in diameter. A high quality 18" sterling silver curb chain is included. If you require an alternative chain length please enquire.
Presented in elegant Aurora Jet packaging which comprises a classic leatherette pendant case, a jewellery polishing cloth and a booklet about ourselves and Whitby Jet.
UK Delivery
UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Custom made items are available for delivery within 1-5 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
UK orders up to £100 cost £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class. Orders above £100 are FREE and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you wish to upgrade your postage for any item please contact us.
International Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed services. Orders up to £250 cost £14.95. Orders above £250 are FREE.
Orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Custom made orders are available for delivery within 2-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
