Whitby Jet 9ct Gold Carved Heart Pendant
This delightful gold pendant features a dainty hand carved Whitby Jet heart nestled within a double layered open 9ct gold frame. Both the curved Jet heart and the gold display a gorgeous mirror shine and have been made with fine attention to detail. Perfect for a romantic gift from Whitby.
The heart is set within an open backed frame with a fixed bail and is presented on a fine quality 9ct gold 18 inch curb chain. The gold heart frame measures 10mm in width and the pendant is 17mm long from the top of the gold bail. Both the pendant and the chain are fully hallmarked.
The piece arrives in our luxurious packaging which includes a traditional hinged black leatherette necklace case, a little polishing cloth to maintain the shine and a booklet about our work, jewellery care and Jet's history.
UK Delivery
UK orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Custom made items are available for delivery within 1-5 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
UK orders up to £100 cost £4.95 and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class. Orders above £100 are FREE and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you wish to upgrade your postage for any item please contact us.
International Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked and Signed services. Orders up to £250 cost £14.95. Orders above £250 are FREE.
Orders of items that we have in stock will normally arrive within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Custom made orders are available for delivery within 2-6 weeks and the time frame will be clearly stated in the product description.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your item back. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Items that cannot be returned are earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and custom made / made-to-order pieces (items that have been specially made to your specification). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
